You are allowed to stay in the country for 90 days, before this time expires you will need to travel to Rhodes to renew your visa, failure to do so will result in a fine. Turkish pharmacies (Eczane) carry a good range of drugs and as long as you bring your repeat prescription they can provide the necessary medication. All drugs are fee based, some maybe cheap but be prepared some medicines can be quite expensive.

Yes, but you will need a work permit before being allowed. Permission must be granted from the Turkish Consulate and you will need to apply to the Ministry of Labour and Social Security.
